HAPPY BIRTHDAY CAMERON!!! You are finally celebrating the big 0-3! Granted...it's nowhere close to the big 3-0, but to your Mommy, this is a really big day. I can hardly wrap my mind around the fact that three years ago, we were FINALLY going to the hospital to have our little boy. What an adventure it has been so far. We have seen you go through some of the biggest milestones this past year alone.
1. Saying your first full sentences ("I Love You Mommy" has been my favorite.)
3. Learning to use the big boy potty :)(within a few weeks I must add!)
4. Throwing not your first, and certainly not your last, temper tantrum (but some of your best.)
5. Learning to throw an amazing "spiral" football
6. Cooking your first meal
One thing has remained the same though each and everyday. In an instant, you have the ability to melt our hearts and crack us up. We could not thank God enough each and everyday for bringing you into our lives. What a true blessing you are. Our prayer for you is that as each birthday passes, that you never forget how much you are loved by so many and how truly precious you are in our eyes and in the eyes of God. Thank you for being the coolest son ever, and for putting a smile on our faces each and everyday. Enjoy this special day Cameron. We love you, Mommy and Daddy
Here is a picture of the brand new 3 year old with his fancy new bike!
We will post more birthday bash pictures tomorrow, after the big bowling party!

A Day of Love
Anyone that knows me, knows that I am not the biggest fan of Valentine's Day. I am sure this sounds pretty odd coming from a woman :), but I guess it's the cynical side of me coming out! Not that I don't love cards, gifts, saying "I love you", but what I love more is when these things come randomly or out of the blue. Over the past 10 years of Val and I being together, he has really gotten the hang of this! When we were dating he would "pop" up at my job with a single rose just to say hi, and even now he will send me random emails telling me how much he cares for me. Awww...what a great guy!
Now that we have Cameron, we try to just get him a small gift to let him know we love him too, and then as a couple, we just use this day just to spend extra time together. I suppose that's what we will try to focus on, a day all about spending time with each other, instead of making it all about cards, flowers, or gifts. So maybe I should say that I'm not a fan of the "commercial" side of the day, although Cameron is....he just got a brand new video! (Please ignore the cheesy smile!)

Ladies and Gentlemen...We Have a Walker!
I am proud to announce that my adorable, 10 month old niece has made 2 big accomplishments this past month. For starters, she got her ears pierced. Naturally, I am biased, but I do believe she looks quite stylish with her new studs!
AND.....she started walking! I do have a theory on why kids walk early in my family...I think they are just trying to get away from this crazy family!!!! :) Just Kidding!
Congrats Ms. Lilly (or "Willy" according to Cameron). We are so proud of you.
